Due to the small size of our business, and the uniqueness of our creations, most items are only "some of a kind." Therefore, once we have received your order inquiry, you will receive confirmation that the items are in fact available, and then receive an invoice via e-mail. Joyful Flower Creations accepts credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Simply follow the prompts in the e-invoice, and click to pay. Rest assured, your payment information is protected by PayPal, and you do not need a PayPal account to pay on-line. Unless otherwise specified, all items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail using delivery confirmation. Once payment is received your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. North Carolina residents are subject to 7% sales tax. Shipping rates within continental USA are as follows:

Orders < $55.00 = $6.95
$56.00 - $99.00 = $8.95
Orders > $100.00 = FREE
