About Us...

Joyful Flower Creations is based in Historic Downtown Wilmington, NC. It's owner, Katy Ardizone, recently made the jump to the private sector after years of working with federal, state, and local governments as an environmental educator and policy specialist. Although seemingly in her element as a small business owner, she holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Policy & Natural Resource Management, and has spent much of her career focusing on coastal resource protection. It is her love of nature that inspires her designs.
